Huge Thanks to One and All at Garrett Motors,
My family and I would like to extend to everyone at Garrett Motors in Coolidge a huge Thank You for the great service and the personal attention that you gave us. We were heading to the Coolidge area to visit some friends when our check engine light came on in New Mexico. We did stop at a Chevrolet dealership in Moriarty, NM, where they did scan the computer, but informed us that there was nothing that they could do for us and sent us on our way. They did also say that they hoped that we would make it to our destination. Well low and behold and several prayers later we did make it to our destination. I would like to take this opportunity to say a HUGE thank you to your service department for getting our vehicle in on a timely manner and for fixing it. Without their help we could have been a long way from home without our vehicle. So thanks to them they saved our vacation. Everyone that we were in contact with was great. Again thank you for fixing our vehicle and letting us enjoy our time with our friends.

"I would like to tell you about the great customer service we received this spring from Garrett Motors in Coolidge AZ. We were at an rv park in Florence. The alternator went out on our 1997 Tahoe. I called Garretts. They got us in the next day. The rep explained we had a 2 choices for replacing the alternator. He explained the costs and the warrantees. We made our choice on the part not in stock. He explained the wait we would have. We went to lunch. When we came back, he explained the part had come in and about how long it would take. He later came in to tell us they were almost finished. As soon as he received the info for the paperwork, he would get back to us. We really appreciated the customer service of keeping us informed. Thank you not only for the service that was done but for the great customer service. I sent the above info to the main Chevy Website. I am also forwarding a copy to you so someone at Garretts will know that this was the best service we have received in quite a while. I have really felt that businesses have not been putting any emphasis on customer service. Garretts showed me that some are."
